The work done by the firm’s professionals can always count on an efficient and dynamic back office organisation. The input of support staff in contentious and non-contentious matters is vital to the good overall functioning of the firm, and it is for this reason that we require our staff to display excellent organisational skills, flexibility and an ability to foresee and deal with the practical issues associated with the work of the firm’s professionals. A good educational background is essential, adapted to the firm’s environment, style and client base. We need motivated and intellectually curious people who do not have a static and fixed vision of organisational aspects but know how to observe and, if necessary, propose improvements. For our part we ensure flexibility and a willingness to cater for the needs of staff members and hold their work in high esteem. Our staff are not mere "employees" but an important part of the entire process of giving legal advice.
